Autumn Wedding Photography at Marks Hall
Marks Hall, which dates all the way back to the Saxon times, was the venue for Nicola and Matt’s autumn wedding and was the first time I had photographed a wedding at this location.
The day, however, had started at the couple’s house, where Nicola, her daughter and all her bridesmaids we getting ready.
Once ready, Nicola and the girls made their way to Marks Hall in a beautiful vintage car, where the groom, Matt, was already waiting with his groomsmen. It was a lovely dry autumn day allowing the wedding to be held outside.

The formal gardens of Marks Farm are wonderful as are the many acres of natural planting. This allows for so many opportunities the couple and all of their guests to explore. Also, this provided many fantastic backdrops for photographs of the couple.
Wedding Breakfast in The Coach House
The Coach House is filled with wonderful ambience and character. It has beautiful arch doors leading onto the terrace overlooking the beautiful garden.
Afterwards, it was time for their wedding breakfast and the speeches, which were all both funny and heartfelt, with many emotions, be shared by everyone. Once the evening guests arrived it was time for Nicola and Matthew to cut their cake, before their first dance. After the first dance, I said goodbye to Matt and Nicola and left everyone to dance the night away.
