I’m Jeff, a relaxed and experienced wedding photographer based on the Suffolk–Essex border. I photograph weddings in a natural, unobtrusive way, capturing the real moments, the atmosphere, the laughter and all the little things you may not even notice on the day.
I’ll guide you when you need direction, organise the important group photographs without the chaos, and give you space to enjoy your wedding.

You’ve put a lot of thought into your wedding. The venue, the food, the music, the flowers, the people you want there.
The last thing you need is to spend the day being pulled away from it all for endless photographs.
My approach is simple: I want you to enjoy your wedding while I quietly take care of the photography.
That means:

- Being present and attentive without constantly getting in the way
- Organising group photographs efficiently
- Creating natural portraits without awkward posing
- Knowing when to step in—and when to leave you to enjoy the moment
You’ll get a beautiful collection of photographs that tells the story of your day, without feeling as though the whole wedding revolved around the camera.

Your photographs should look and feel like your wedding—not a set of copied poses or staged moments.
I look for the way you naturally interact, the expressions you make, the people who make you laugh and the atmosphere that makes your day yours.
There will be a little direction when it helps, especially during portraits, but nothing forced or overcomplicated. You don’t need to know how to pose. You just need to be yourselves.
The result is a mixture of natural storytelling, beautiful portraits and all the moments you’ll want to remember.

I’m friendly, calm and easy to have around. I’ll organise things when necessary, but I won’t spend the day shouting instructions or making everything feel formal.

I’ll blend into the day as much as possible while keeping an eye out for the moments that matter—the quick glances, the laughter, the hugs and the unexpected things that make your wedding unique.
Group photographs without the chaos
Family photographs are important, but they don’t need to take forever. I’ll help organise everyone, keep things moving and get you back to your celebrations.
Portraits without hours of posing
You’ll have time for some lovely photographs together, but it won’t feel like a lengthy photoshoot. I’ll offer simple direction and let the two of you relax into it.

I’ve photographed more than 450 weddings over the past 18+ years.
That experience means I know how to handle changing light, busy schedules, unpredictable weather, nervous couples, large family groups and all the little surprises that can happen during a wedding.
More importantly, I know how to remain calm, keep things moving and make sure you still have time to enjoy your day.
I photograph a limited number of weddings each year so that every couple receives a personal, thoughtful service from start to finish.
