Engagement Portrait Session with Melissa and Tristan
I’d first met Melissa and Tristan just before Christmas 2013. They had returned to the UK after having lived for a while in Texas, USA.
For their portrait session we met at Weald Country Park in just outside Brentwood in Essex. Tristan had grown up in the area and so going to the park provided many great memories for him.
I’d not been there for many years and I’d forgotten just how lovely the area is but also how vast it is. It offers so much for the photographer with animals, a lake, plenty of grass and some hidden gems as well.
Walking around the park I was able to find out how they were getting on with their wedding arrangements and also discuss the photography plans for their big day.
I wanted to keep everything really simple and very natural for Melissa and Tristan session so that they could simply enjoy their late afternoon walk in the park.
