Near Chelmsford, the Reid Rooms in Margaret Roding is a beautiful wedding venue rich in history and character. Tastefully renovated, you’ll see why couples fall in love with this popular venue. Furthermore, it boasts a series of rooms surrounding an elegant, landscaped courtyard providing a wonderful backdrop for your wedding photographs. In addition, there is a farmhouse, which can accommodate 20 guests and has a luxurious bridal suite. 

The Reid Rooms is licensed to hold civil ceremonies. The Ceremony Room provides an intimate and exceptional setting for all civil ceremonies with an exposed timber framework. The Ceremony Room can accommodate up to 100 seated guests.

All couples have a wedding rehearsal a few days before the wedding day. This is an excellent opportunity to experience the ceremony procedure and discuss timings and details for the day.
