Finally, the day had arrived for Penny and Graham to get married at Villiers Barn. Located just a few miles from them, this is probably Essex’s best barn wedding venue.
Although my first wedding was at Villiers Barn, I have known the owners for over 12 years since the early days of becoming a wedding photographer in Essex. I am proud to say I am among the few recommended suppliers at this magnificent venue.
Villiers Barn Wedding Photography
I started the day with a visit to photograph Penny at home. I then went to the venue to meet Graham, who was already there with some guests.
Penny looked so radiant as she walked down the aisle, and Graham was bursting with pride as he watched his bride walking towards him.
Guests had gathered from all over and loved celebrating this special day with the couple.
Fabulous Wedding
Following the ceremony and the group photos, the couple and I went off to take some photographs. Villiers Barn offers a beautiful lake, formal gardens, an orchard, and a photographer’s favourite – a bridge.
The wedding breakfast was held in the historic main barn, which boasts lovely exposed beams and tall ceilings. It was time to cut the cake following the emotional and funny speeches.
I wandered around this most beautiful wedding venue as I left the couple and the guests to enjoy the rest of their day’s celebrations.
