The OK! Magazine Wedding of Louise Harris and Daniel Hill
In the summer, I had the great pleasure of photographing the wedding of TV personalities Louise Harris and Daniel Hill at Woodhall Manor in Suffolk.

Daniel Hill Storage Hunters
Dan’s TV career started in 2012, presenting The New Reclaimers, a reclamation show on UKTV and more recently Channel 4’s SuperScrimpers. Dan is filming a new TV series, Storage Hunters UK, that will soon be aired.
Louise, the owner of Diva Dogs Boutique & Grooming Parlour in Essex, first appeared on TV in 2010 as the Sky 1 show A Different Breed star.

This was to be a wedding like no other. Louise’s Yorkshire Terriers, Lola, Lulu, and Lolly, were additional bridesmaids, and Larry was their pageboy. More about them later.
The day started with Louise and her other bridesmaids, including Jasmine Harman – Channel 4’s A Place in The Sun’s presenter- getting ready in the main suite. There was lots of excitement and activity with the hairdressers, makeup artists and dressmakers, ensuring that Louise and the girls would look fabulous.
I headed over to catch up with Dan, who was extremely relaxed as he was getting ready. When I arrived, he took a long soak in the huge bathtub.
With all the guests, many of whom were from the world of fashion and showbiz, in place and Dan, along with his two brothers as ushers, patiently waiting, it was time for Louise to make her fantastic grand entrance. The international film crew were all set up, myself and my two associate photographers, Ross Dean and Adam Price, were at the ready and then the entrance music started.
The bridesmaids carried in their canine counterparts, and then the guests gasped with delight as they saw Louise walking down the aisle looking gorgeous. The couple had written their vows and delivered them to each other with such emotion.

After the ceremony, the couple spent time with their guests and was interviewed by the Belgian TV crew, who were documenting the occasion for a new pet programme they were producing. Meanwhile, circus performers, snakes, and an endless supply of ice cream entertained the guests. After the group shots and family photographs were taken, everyone sat down for the wedding breakfast and speeches.
Louise’s Yorkshire Terriers did not miss out on the wedding breakfast; they had their table set up with lots of doggie treats and carefully prepared replica meals for all the guests.
As the afternoon went on, I had the chance to get Louise and Dan Hill away from the guests, the TV crew and the magazine & newspaper reporters and take photographs of the couple on the beautiful grounds of Woodhall Manor.
After the first dance, Louise changed out of her daytime wedding dress and into her short party outfit, ready for the night ahead. The dogs even had a change of clothing.
At the end of a long day, I said farewell to the happy couple and left them, their families, and their guests to enjoy the rest of the evening.
